Service Desk Manager. £50k - £55k + Bonus + Relocation.

       Our well established and growing client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager. Ideal previous experience can include: working in a medium to large organisation (2,000+ users); management of 1^st & 2^nd line support services and teams; implementation and / or revision of ITIL based processes and procedures; resource management and recruitment; change management - both organisational and technical; assess KPI requirements and delivery thereof.

     This is a key role in a growing international organisation.
