Test Engineer / Specialist. £35k to £45k + Bonus. Relocation.

      An exciting opportunity to join an established and growing, market leading organisation - you will be responsible for developing and delivering high quality performance testing and automation testing solutions for software changes across the systems and platforms. Working at a strategic and delivery level, you will support the development and implementation of a performance testing and automation testing framework and capability within the Test department, and also for projects and change portfolios.

    You will have experience of tooling and non-functional testing for both agile and traditional delivery methodologies and a good understanding of the software development lifecycle and the use of quality assurance methods to support the change process.

Ideal skills, experience and tools can include:

4+ years working within an IT technical testing role with focus on performance / volume testing and /or automation. Guidewire; Loadrunner; LoadUI; SOA test suite; BDD tools (Cucumber etc.); Microsoft SQL Server; SOAPUI; HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; Thunderhead; Subversion; Jenkins; Selenium; Jira / Rally.

  Applications: Customer facing web e-commerce sites; Document templating and production systems; Web services integration; Service oriented / API architectures; Operational reporting solutions.
