Senior Control System Design Engineer. £50k - £60k+ Neg / DOE.

An exciting career opportunity for an experienced Control System Design Engineer to join a pioneering developer of renewable energy solutions. This technology will enable the grid to be smarter, more flexible and more resilient helping to speed the journey towards net zero!
The R&D department is being expanded to develop a range of Faraday Exchangers. You will be responsible for: the specification of electrical systems, including generation, transmission and distribution; overall system design, including but not limited to demand analysis, scheme design and electrical system simulation; define necessary technical specification and interfaces for each component and carry on detailed development thereof.
Ideally we are looking for: 10+ years' electrical engineering; high voltage experience; requirements capture and management; knowledge of electrical network modelling and analysis; electrical wiring, printed circuits, EMC, bonding, insulation etc. This is a great opportunity to make a difference and be part of a young, pioneering company.
