Empire Laundry, part of the Johnsons Service Group, is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Luxury Division production team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of laundry production equipment including feeders, folders, dryers, ironers, washers, and presses
• Maintain and repair gearboxes, pumps, and drive motors
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Support boiler-house operations, including steam traps and condensate recovery systems
• Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical and PLC-controlled systems
• Partner with production teams to minimise downtime and keep performance high

What We’re Looking For

• A strong blend of mechanical and electrical engineering skills
• A proactive mindset with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment (laundry experience is a bonus, not a must!)
