Terms and Conditions
The Manufacturing Recruitment Ltd "Candidate Introduction Scheme" provides a fee payment for new candidates introduced to us and whom we successfully place in either contract or permanent employment with a Client.
Under the scheme, you will be eligible for a one-off fee payment (see below) per candidate placed subject to the following conditions:-
The candidate is not already registered with us (or we have not had contact with the candidate for 2 years).
You must register the candidate using the Candidate Introduction Form and MRL will confirm in writing acceptance of the Candidate onto the Scheme.
Where the same candidate is introduced by more than one person, only the first application received will qualify for a fee.
We successfully place the candidate with a client within six months of the date of your introduction.
For contract employment, the candidate must continue in the employment for a minimum period of two calendar months, after which the fee will be paid.
No restrictions on the number of candidates introduced by the individual.
If you are PAYE staff or do not currently work for Manufacturing Recruitment Ltd, fee payments will be treated as remuneration and subject to normal PAYE deductions.
If you operate a Limited Company, fee payments will be made to your Limited Company, for which a company invoice is required.
In the event of a disputed fee, MRL's decision shall be final.
We retain the right to change the conditions or cancel the scheme without written notice.
