Engineering Manager. £60k - £80k + Bonus / car.

Ref: REM. West Sussex: Crawley, Brighton, Reigate.

     We are looking for an Engineering Manager to focus on asset management and stewardship with previous manufacturing industry experience. This is a senior role with a high level of autonomy and you will be responsible for designing and executing asset management strategies with particular focus on continuous improvement. You will lead and direct the large and diverse engineering teams on site.

    Responsibilities will also include: leading quality accreditation and delivery; overseeing training programmes; driving innovation and improvements; energy management; management of and negotiation with sub-contractors, and working with unions and employee relations engagement.
