Production Manager. £60k-70k DOE. + Bonus and excellent benefits.

  Looking for a dynamic Production Manager to run plant / factory operations with particular focus on continuous improvement / lean; GMP compliance; EHS and staff development. You will need 3 to 5+ years management experience in a clean manufacturing environment (chemical / food / electronics / pharmaceutical or similar). Safety training is a strong requirement as is experience in scheduling and revising workloads as well as analysing and reviewing production against targets.

 You will need strong IT skills (Outlook / Word / Excel / Powerpoint) and be a great communicator. Salary is negotiable depending on your experience and benefits are excellent and include good bonus and pension schemes; private medical and dental cover and extensive further benefits.
