Problem Manager. £42k - £52k + Bonus.
Ref: PMM. East Sussex, Eastbourne, Hastings.
An opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation – you will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle of all Problem Management activities. A key objective is to develop and establish a problem management function in order to reduce incidents, especially major incidents within the organisation.
You will: have ownership of the full problem management lifecycle (from identification, RCA, resolution and corrective / preventative actions); run monthly stakeholder reporting of all Problems and their status in the lifecycle; champion and promote service improvements on an on-going basis to continually improve quality and customer satisfaction within IT services. You will also have detailed working knowledge and understanding of the ITIL framework, specifically IT service operations and problem management ; experience using the ITIL framework to deliver formal problem management techniques. We would like to see qualifications in ITIL3 IT service operations and at least 5 years’ experience in a dynamic IT operations environment.
